ABSTRACT

As was addressed in Chapter 1, there is o«en intense confusion with regards to ethics, morals, and values. When one begins to delve deeper into the study of such matters, the water o«en becomes murkier before it begins to clear. A«er di‹erentiating between what morals, values, and ethics typically consist of, let us take the time to look at some ethical perspectives. at is, the manner in which one looks at or perceives a given situation and, thus, forms decisions based upon his perceptions and beliefs associated with the situation. e decision-making process is discussed in Chapter 3, but before decisions can be made, we must consider the direction from which one is looking at a situation.
