ABSTRACT

This seventh category, Business Results, is one where organizations are really put to the

test. The previous six categories concentrate on processes and activities. A good writer

may even make your approach and processes seem like they meet all the criteria in the

first six categories, but this section (7) tells the true tale of the success (or lack thereof)

of your performance improvement efforts. In this section, you must provide evidence that

all of the processes and programs you employ have really worked to improve quality and

overall performance in your organization.
