10 PREPARING FOR OSCEs Candidates should start thinking about OSCEs in the first six months of their basic specialist training. The following lists should be useful for candidates when preparing for OSCEs with the help of their colleagues. The lists are not exhaustive but cover the commonly asked questions and exercises.
