ABSTRACT
The organization shall plan and implement measurement systems necessary to ensure conformity of the Lean management system (LMS) and drive its continuous improvement. These systems shall be capable of assessing the system’s ability to suppress waste of time, materials, and energy as defined by the recommended key performance indicators (KPIs).
