ABSTRACT
We are all familiar with sweet and delicious cakes. Activities such as creaming the butter and sugar, preparing the pans, mixing the ingredients, baking, and decorating the cake are involved in making cakes. In a commercial environment, production occurs in di¦erent areas-the baking furnace will be in a safety area and the cake decorating will likely occur in a climate-controlled room.
