Background When you were 10 years old, what did you want to be? Some of us made elaborate plans for our future and had a clear idea of what our life would look like. We had a vision. How many of us today are living out childhood dreams in our daily lives? We consider ourselves good at making plans, setting visions, and generally saying what we want. Yet, for most of us, our personal plans often do not come to fruition. Why? Because most of us fail at execution.
