Bent Cookies When we were kids, we loved to make “bent cookies.” ese are soft dough cookies sprinkled with almonds, baked soft, and then placed to cool on a rolling pin. e result-Pringles®-shaped cookies that melted in your mouth from pure sugar and almonds-yummy. We were able to make bent cookies perfectly as long as we properly followed the recipe and each of the steps.
