ABSTRACT

As the URHere payroll project neared completion, a number of closing activities were to be completed. Final checks were made to ensure that the data entry was accurate and that the system was ready for adoption by the human resources department. e project manager prepared a •nal report to document challenges that were overcome and opportunities created. Outstanding implementation issues were included, with a brief outline of how open tasks would be completed. e impact of the project and the expected outcome of the new payroll process were con•rmed.
