ABSTRACT
In 2003 I was the security advisor to an offshore oil drilling company in Houston, Texas. I had somehow managed to get my email address included in the distribution list of a U.S. security company operating in Baghdad. They produced a daily situation report, and for a while, I got to read it every morning.
