Decision making has been an eternal challenge for various organizations ranging from public administration agencies (e.g., law enforcement organizations) to proŠt-seeking companies. No matter how diversiŠed the managerial issues are, down to the core, it is all about making the right decision at the right time, in the right place, by the right people. šis chapter explores the characteristics of decisions, and examines decisionmaking activities.
