ABSTRACT
In Section I, you learned that identifying the type of problem by its defect type reduces significantly the search for root causes. The efficiency occurs not only because you have fewer places in the process to search and you have fewer things that you are searching for, but because, in some cases, there is no analysis or it is greatly simplified.
