ABSTRACT
Keep the critical thinking table (Table sec. II.1) with you. Use it to focus discussions and interactions. At all times, try to be physically on the same side of a table as your mentee to embrace the idea that you are tackling the problem together. Use the pronoun “we” rather than “you” in discussing progress and next steps.
