ABSTRACT
Suits or chemical decontamination kits, if open and accessible in a safe house, are a sure indication that chemical weapons are being stored or prepared somewhere nearby. The detection kits give an early alarm if some of the chemicals escape. Terrorist operatives who travel with bundled gas masks, chemical protective clothing, or skin decontamination kits are another indicator of possible imminent usage:
