ABSTRACT
One of the things that never changes in law enforcement is that the system is under constant change. Changes in laws and the interpretation of laws, incorporating new and exciting technologies and applying them within the profession, using innovative strategies to more effectively respond to the challenges of crime, and providing public service all ensure that those in the profession will always serve in an exciting field.
