ABSTRACT
Child sexual assault involves the sexual abuse of a child or inappropriately exposing or subjecting a child to sexual contact, activity, or behavior. The behavior does not necessarily have to be between an adult and child, as coerced sexual contact between children for the sexual gratification of a third party also falls under this category.
