ABSTRACT

As always, Daniel used lunchtime to get some feedback about the reception of the training. Over the week, he would make sure that he had the opportunity to sit at a table with different people to be able to capture what he called the heartbeat of everyone. Years of teaching and leading workshops had taught him how important it was to detect weak signals from all participants. He had also noticed that most of the time, people who speak the least are the best observers, who tend to provide the sharpest assessment. Therefore, Daniel would generally use breaks to initiate some chat with the people he called the “quiet brains.”
