ABSTRACT
Like on previous days, Daniel arrived quite early. As always, he needed to complete some preparatory tasks before the group showed up. The ritual was now pretty standardized. First, he wrote down key messages and drawings from the previous day; these would be used to check the retention level of the previous day’s training. Second, he crafted and displayed the paperboards regarding training and auditing Standardized Work. As today was the last day, he also added a few charts for the overall conclusion of the training he called “Making sense of all.”
