Every practice’s need for staff is unique. Some practices don’t hire anyone and use a professional employer organization, or PEO. That way, the PEO handles all compliance and hiring, benefits management, and recruiting tasks, but you make the final decisions on who gets the job and if and when they are promoted or discharged.
