ABSTRACT
In previous chapters we discussed about the shortage of systematic improvement approaches for integrating green and sustainability into business processes and offered the Lean & Green Business System model (Figure 4.1) as a structured and holistic means of greening businesses. As mentioned, the four sections of the model are the pieces of a jigsaw puzzle and you only see the whole picture once you get all of the pieces in the right place at the right time.
