ABSTRACT

That night I slept like a log. I got home, had supper with Bridget and the kids, watched about 30 minutes of TV with Jim Jr., and went to bed. I was exhausted.

I thought about Frank’s private lesson. No wonder business leaders find it so hard to get ahead. No wonder why we ship our jobs off to countries with lower labor costs. We haven’t ever figured out this simple math about decision making.
