Phase I — Situation You are a member on the board of directors at the Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club of America. As an independent organization affiliated with Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Gloria Wise Boys and Girls Club (Gloria Wise) has a mission “to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens,” with a focus on character development and ensuring a safe environment for underprivileged youths while providing them with the building blocks for a brighter future (Boys and Girls Club of America, 2012).
