ABSTRACT

During Phase VI, the Combined PAM (Performance Acceleration Management) Plan will be implemented. Based on the schedule that was defined in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which was developed in Phase V, the individual or department who was assigned the responsibility for implementing a tool/methodology during the first 90 days of the project will prepare a detailed implementation plan. These detailed, individual Key Performance Driver (KPD) transformation plans will be integrated together into a Rolling 90-day WBS. Every 30 days an additional 30 days will be added to the Rolling 90-day WBS. These additions will reflect the progress made (or lack of progress) in the previous 30 days, plus the additional tools/methodologies that were scheduled in the five-year plan to start during the next 30 days. This plan will include critical tollgates that will ensure that the project is on schedule and that the expected results and goals will be met. Phase VI consists of six activities:

• Activity One: Develop individual detailed implementation plans for each tool/methodology.
