ABSTRACT

In order to accelerate the performance of the organization, first of all, management and employee behavioral patterns need to change, and then these changes will be reflected in accelerated performance results. Based on this reality, there are two very distinct and different results that need to be targeted for change:

1. The behavioral patterns of management and the employees need to undergo a significant change and that change has to be sustained long enough so that it becomes a habit (or to put it another way, it becomes “the normal way it’s done here”).
