ABSTRACT

During Phase IV, individual three-year transformation plans will be generated for some of the Key Performance Drivers (KPDs). We use the word some of the KPDs because often when education and training and measurements vision statements are used, they are included as part of the other individual three-year transformation plans. For example, training related to the job and measurement of the total process are key parts in this Business Process vision three-year transformation plan. These plans are designed to transform the organization from the AS IS state to the future state so that the future state is in line with the relevant KPD vision statements.
