ABSTRACT
Forming, storming, norming, and performing are phases that a group of people follow when becoming a team. The more stormy the storming phase in the team development, the less the quality of the communication that has been taking place. The degree that the team learns to change this reality and to commune with one another will determine the quality of the communication in the norming phase.
