ABSTRACT

Motivation management is developing an understanding of what provides an individual with a sense of self-worth, pride, and accomplishment when using this understanding to guide the way work is assigned and how individuals are recognized for their efforts. It results in an organization developing its values, beliefs, procedures, and culture in a way that drives the organization’s employees to get more enjoyment out of the work they are doing and be more committed to the organization. It makes use of a set of logical neuro programs that suit the perception of a person’s or an organization’s needs for the purpose of efficiency and optimality to accomplish desired organizational goal.
