The Pareto diagram is a specialized type of column graph that is created to simplify comparisons between items.
Its Uses
Pareto analysis allows the user to make comparisons between a number of problems and a number of causes. The analysis itself is based on the Pareto Principle, or “80-20” rule, which states 20 percent of contributors to a problem are responsible for 80 percent of the problem.
