ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the many options available to organizations in deciding how to best involve employees in the assessment effort. It considers the possible levels of engagement and how to maximize employee time and energy. It considers the best way to ensure that employees are given a common language to discuss assessment and how that can contribute toward creating change.
