ABSTRACT
The Introduction to this book challenged you to consider the direction your HR career was taking. I hope you chose the direction of becoming a vital partner in the success of your organizations. Assuming you did in fact choose this direction, I indicated that we were beginning a journey of discovery with no real ultimate destination or conclusion.
