ABSTRACT
I created this Checklist and Field Guide based on the textbook Practical Homicide Investigation: Tactics, Procedures, and Forensic Techniques, which is recognized as the “bible of homicide investigation.” It is the most comprehensive textbook available and contains many case examples as well as forensic procedures, wound recognition techniques, protocols, and numerous references and checklists.
