Everyone returned from lunch on time and Joe was at the front of the room. He welcomed everyone back and then said, “is aernoon we want to revisit the list of the interferences that we came up with this morning. What we want to do is see if we can convert the interferences into intermediate objectives, or IOs as we call them. e IO becomes the action that we want to have in place in order to overcome the negative eects of the interference that currently exists,” he said.
