ABSTRACT
Sam had called the day before and talked with Zeke to set up a time for a conference call. Sam, Joe, and Connor were hoping to get an update about the Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) implementation. e next day, Joe and Connor were in Sam’s oce at the designated time and they made the call to Zeke. He answered on the second ring. Jim and Collin were in Zeke’s oce and the conversation started with Connor asking, “How’s it going down there?” ere was a short silence and nally Zeke answered, “Actually, it’s going very well. Collin and the group have nished the repair template and have started on a second one. Everyone thinks the second template is going much faster, based on what they learned from the rst one.”
