ABSTRACT
Becky called Ron back the day aer their meeting and explained that everyone had agreed to try and help solve the issues for his friend. Ron was pleased with Becky’s news even though he had expected this would be the outcome. Ron just couldn’t imagine they would say “No!” Ron was quick to reemphasize the urgency of what needed to take place. Apparently, Ron’s friend had already phoned him a couple of times to see if a decision had been reached. If the answer was “yes,” he wanted to get things started immediately. If the answer was “no,” he wanted to quickly move to an alternative and get things going.
