ABSTRACT
Once the forensic expert’s opinions are disclosed to the adverse party, the opposing counsel may request a deposition of the expert. This does not always happen since settlement hearings and procedures are being carried on at this time as well. Attorneys determine whether the cost of the deposition renders taking the deposition feasible.
