Lessons Learned (LL) relies on Knowledge Transfer (KT) as a foundation. To fully understand the concept of KT, one needs to look at KT from a philosophical perspective and practical viewpoint. is is because there are many theories regarding how knowledge is exchanged between people and systems. ere are aspects of KT that are complex and rely on understanding human behavior and psychology and other aspects of KT that are basic and depend on comprehending how to eectively communicate and exchange information.
