ABSTRACT
In this book, so far, we have explained the selection of LEAN production and replenishment modes as well as tactical parameterization and synchronization from a global supply chain perspective. The parameterdriven design of LEAN Supply Chain Planning is now complete and ready for operational planning, which is the central topic of this chapter.
