ABSTRACT
Chapter 3 goes into detail about government policies relating to health information technologies, and what has been lacking in some of the financial policies. The chapter identifies some of the public policies and alternatives that may better suit the interests of health providers, especially those that have been underrepresented, and new perspectives of incentivizing those that are underrepresented.
