ABSTRACT

We have arrived at a point, hopefully, where everyone knows much more about the topics of threat prevention, detection, and response, and the many activities that go into the processes of achieving preparedness. The greatest place to be is here-with newly acquired knowledge to actually contribute in measurable ways to homeland security. It is also the most dangerous place to be, having just received a dose of privileged information that at one time was reserved for elite units and senior government leaders. Today, we are all on a need-to-know basis because of the world in which we now live. Of course, on that note, everything shared with you is publicly available information. Nevertheless, you are either trying to help

protect this country or you have ulterior motives, in which case I hope you now see the light. Perhaps you can join the rest of us who are trying to preserve humanity and its precious resources.
