ABSTRACT
Table 5.1 further summarizes the issues confronting the fifty-one cities in the study by proving regional and national totals. The first thing one will notice from this summation is that there are twenty-three responses categorized as “other” at the end of the table. That would be a significant number, of course, and would bear further delineation if those responses were common themes or were of a nature that would contribute to this research.
