ABSTRACT
Normally, when someone mentions facilitator, we think of a meeting facilitator. Are there any other kind? To start with, there are internal and external facilitators. External facilitators are hired when neutrality is extremely important and the management feels the internal facilitators will not be considered neutral by the participants or not experienced enough to accomplish the meeting facilitation necessary to achieve the objective.
