ABSTRACT
The analysis in Chapter 4 takes a more focussed approach to consider the ways in which feedback varies according to the specific provider and type of staff member being evaluated. To study distinctive language around different providers and types of staff member, this chapter considers a different way of dividing the corpus, first by identifying comments which relate to specific types of healthcare professional and second, according to the area of provision being commented on.
