ABSTRACT
Chapter 4 describes what this group of Latinos believes is needed to increase the percentage of Latino professionals in the United States. This chapter also discusses trends they observed among Latino professionals, including mentors, access to networking events, and greater support from their families. Finally, I examine what they wish had been available to them on their journey into their professions, as well as what they currently do to increase the progress of Latino professionals.
