ABSTRACT
Electronic government (e-gov) refers to government's use of technology, particularly web-based Internet applications, to enhance the access to, and delivery of, government services to citizens, business partners, employees, and other government entities. Electronic government activities focus on three forms of interactions: Government to Citizen, Government to Business, and Government to Government. Within each of these interaction domains, four types of activities typically take place.
