ABSTRACT
Model contracts are valuable tools. Their use can reduce the risks associated with complex contracts, identify issues for consideration and resolution during the negotiation process, and serve as models for similar procurements in other jurisdictions. Contract negotiation is an important and critical element in dealing with suppliers.
