ABSTRACT
The notion of network has become increasingly popular across disciplines. Political scientists conceptualize the complex interactions of multiple actors in the collective policy-making process as issue networks, organization theorists view patterned interconnected nesses of organizational systems as networks, and sociologists characterize complex social relations that exist among individual interactions as networks or systems of networks. In addition to the popularity in academics, the notion of the network is close to our daily life.
