ABSTRACT
The concept "new public service" has multiple meanings in the field of public administration. Patricia Ingraham and David Rosenbloom[1] use it when referring to the new public administration movement. Paul Light[2] uses the expression in a more empirical manner when describing the characteristics of a new generation of public servants at the beginning of the 21st century.
