ABSTRACT
Chapter Objectives This chapter presents the text from the Best Practices Request for Proposals (RFP) that imposes requirements on prospective contractors when preparing proposals in response to an RFP. The text with respect to preparation guidelines for prospective contractors is provided in italics. An explanation of the rationale for including each of these sections in the RFP follows the text materials.
