ABSTRACT
Chapter Objectives Readers are presented with an accumulation of contract terms and conditions created during the best practices research project by selecting the best terms and conditions from those that were submitted by state and local government agencies participating in the research project. The contract terms and conditions presented here contain more individual terms and conditions than any single set of terms and conditions submitted by the agencies participating in the research project. Although agencies may wish to modify the terms and conditions provided in this chapter, a review of this consolidated group of contract terms and conditions by state and local government agencies is likely to identify new provisions to add to their existing terms and conditions or improvements to existing terms and conditions.
