ABSTRACT
A dog’s sense of smell is superior to ours. These animals live in a completely different scent world than we do. We have used these animals to our benefit for many years. We have trained them to track criminals, find people trapped in settings such as collapsed buildings and snow avalanches, find lost children, and search for bombs and drugs.
