ABSTRACT

This chapter explores the distributed non-fragilenon- consensus problems for linear multi-agent systems with external disturbances and unknown initial disturbances under switching weighted balanced directed topologies. The designed controllers are insensitive to multiplicative controller coefficient variations. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the proposed control strategy are also obtained by using linear matrix inequality technique. Consensus control problem has been an emerging topic in multi-agent systems, aiming to design appropriate control protocols using only local information to ensure that the agents reach an agreement on certain quantities of interest. The designed distributed non-fragilenon-consensus protocols can be used to achieve a satisfactory performance against model uncertainties, external disturbances and unknown initial states, and simultaneously eliminate the effect of multiplicative controller coefficient variations.
